About this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Andura website at andura.io and to information you choose to send when you contact Andura about a project. Andura is based in Indonesia and works with teams worldwide.

This is a general website policy, not a substitute for a project-specific data processing agreement. If a client engagement needs different privacy or security terms, those terms should be agreed in writing before the work begins.

Information you choose to provide

You may provide your name, email address, company, project type, and project details when you use the contact flow or email hello@andura.io. The contact form sends submissions through FormSubmit, an external form service, to the Andura email address. If JavaScript is unavailable, the form retains an email-app fallback.

When you book a conversation, you leave this website and use the external booking service linked from Andura pages. That service has its own privacy policy and terms.

Technical information

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like most websites, the hosting and delivery infrastructure may process technical request information such as an IP address, browser details, request time, and the requested page to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site.

The shared stylesheet currently loads fonts through Google Fonts. Your browser may therefore make a request to Google when the site loads. Google handles that request under its own policies.

Cookies and analytics

Andura does not currently operate advertising cookies. The site uses Vercel Web Analytics for privacy-conscious page-view and usage metrics; Vercel processes that information under its own privacy and compliance policies. External services you choose to open, including the booking service, may use their own cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.

If the analytics setup changes materially, this policy will be updated.

How information is used

Information sent to Andura may be used to:

• Reply to a question or project inquiry.
• Understand the context and constraints of a potential engagement.
• Arrange a conversation or follow-up requested by you.
• Maintain the security and operation of the website.

Andura does not sell inquiry information or use it to build advertising profiles.

Sharing and retention

Andura may use service providers for hosting, email, scheduling, and website delivery. Those providers process information only as needed to provide their services or as required by law. Andura does not intentionally share project inquiries for unrelated marketing.

Inquiry information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, manage an active relationship, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the conversation.

Your choices

You can choose not to provide personal information, although Andura may then be unable to respond to a project inquiry. You can ask what information Andura holds about a conversation, request correction, or ask for deletion where applicable by emailing hello@andura.io.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law. Andura will consider those requests in the context of the applicable law and the nature of the information.

Children and external links

This website is intended for businesses, teams, and adults exploring software work. It is not directed to children. Andura pages link to products and external services; once you leave andura.io, the destination site controls its own data practices.

Changes and contact

Andura may update this policy when the website, contact flow, or service providers change. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
